Ask your clients what they thought
Zooza can email a programme's clients a short set of questions and collect the answers against the programme. It is separate from Google reviews, which are public and go to your Business Profile — this one is yours, and stays inside Zooza.
Navigation: the programme's Settings tab → the Feedback and reviews tile → Feedback. Or search for feedback.
When to ask
Two moments, and you can use either, both, or neither.
| Setting | When it sends |
|---|---|
Request a provisional feedback (after the 4th session) | After the client's fourth session |
Request feedback after programme has finished | After the last session of the programme |
The mid-term one is the useful one, and it is the one people switch off. A term's worth of problems is still fixable after four sessions; after the last one it is a post-mortem. If you only turn on one, turn on that.
The end-of-programme request has a different job: it is the one to read before you decide whether to run the same thing again.
What you ask
Question list holds the questions. Keep it short — this arrives by email to a parent who is doing three other things, and a long form is answered by nobody or by only the people with a complaint, which is worse than no data.
Who gets asked
Request feedback from bookings that were created after this date is a cut-off. Bookings made before it are never asked.
Set it on the day you switch feedback on. Without it, every client who has ever booked this programme becomes eligible, and a good idea on a Tuesday morning turns into a mailshot to people who finished with you two years ago.
It filters on when the booking was made, not on when the sessions happened. A client who booked in August for a programme starting in January is judged by the August date.
Reading the answers
Answers collect under Feedback in the left menu, where See all programme ratings lists everything and each entry opens to the client's own answers.
Feedback is not NPS, and neither is a Google review. Zooza has three separate things that all sound like "asking the client what they think": this one, the NPS score, and the public Google review request. A client who has given NPS feedback is deliberately not asked for a Google review — see Google reviews.
