How to Clear Your Cache

Sometimes websites (including Zooza 😉) may load slowly or not show recent updates. A quick fix is to clear your browser cache. Here’s how to do it on the most common browsers:

Desktop

Google Chrome

1. Open menu (⋮ top right)

2. Select More tools → Clear browsing data

3. Choose Cached images and files

4. Click Clear dataMicrosoft Edge

5. Open menu (⋯ top right)

6. Go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data

7. Select Cached images and files

8. Click Clear nowSafari (Mac)

9. Go to Safari → Preferences → Advanced

10. Tick Show Develop menu

11. Then click Develop → Empty CachesFirefox

12. Open menu (☰ top right)

13. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security

14. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data

15. Select Cached Web Content and click Clear

Mobile

Chrome (Android/iOS)

1. Open menu (⋮ or ⋯)

2. Tap History → Clear browsing data

3. Choose Cached images and files and tap ClearSafari (iPhone)

4. Go to Settings → Safari

5. Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data

After clearing your cache, reload the page or restart the app.

If the issue continues, try a hard refresh (Ctrl + R) or clear cookies as well.
